Erica Small joined Electric Entertainment as Senior Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs in October 2022. With over 10 years of experience in the field of law, Erica handles all legal matters pertaining to Electric Entertainment’s productions including agreements with talent, producers, directors, writers, and production services companies along with legal clearances.

Prior to joining Electric Entertainment, Erica was Associate Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs for Skybound Entertainment, home of The Walking Dead and Invincible.  Erica handled agreements in support of business units including television and film, video games, editorial, marketing and merchandise.  Erica served as lead in-house counsel for Skybound’s podcasts, including Impact Winter, a scripted long-form fiction Audible Original that rose to #1 on Audible+ and #3 on Apple Fiction. Before Skybound, Erica was the Contracts Manager for Marvel Television.

Erica received her Juris Doctorate from Chapman University and has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from The University of Miami.
